Women Entrepreneurship
November 19th: Women’s Entrepreneurship Day. Boticário Group’s purpose of “creating opportunities for beauty to transform people’s lives, and thus, the world around us” has been increasingly manifested and reached more people. Over the course of four decades of history, entrepreneurship has been a structuring element of our business and progress. And when looking at the past, present and future, it is undeniable to observe how women have changed the game and how the opportunities created by Boticário Group through beauty have changed the lives of many people.
Brazil is the 7th market in the world in the field of direct sales and the 1st in Latin America.

And here at Boticário Group they represent 86% of the direct sales base. We have the largest network of beauty franchises in the country, and 60% of our stores are owned by women. We know and support many women entrepreneurs.
