Download the material and learn how to implement parental leave for all employees in your company, regardless of gender, family configuration or sexual orientation.

We are one of the first Brazilian companies to offer Parental Leave to its more than 15 thousand employees in Brazil, in addition to its operations in Colombia, the United States and Portugal. Boticário Group believes in the importance of building a more equitable social and professional scenario, in which the responsibility for family care must be shared.

Since 2021, Boticário Group has been offering 120-day, 100% paid leave for men (cis and trans), same-sex couples and parents of non-consanguineous children, and 180-day leave for mothers or pregnant people. In 2023, aiming at stimulating reflections on parenting and the importance of quality time to strengthen bonds and connections, Boticário Group joined the Escola de Super Pais by Marcos Piangers, Filhos no Currículo, Instituto Promundo, Maternidade nas Empresas, Nubank , Volvo Cars Brasil and 4daddy to create a Good Practice Guide for the Implementation of Parental Leave in Companies.

Parental Leave is a tool that allows quality time to be spent with presence. This benefit promotes co-responsibility in caring for children and helps build more solid, genuine and loving family bonds. The material aims to introduce other companies to this movement, in order to inspire, boost and encourage the construction of a more equitable, diverse and responsible future through Parental Leave.
